The Scarlet Wedding Package
$5,995

  • 155 people for Reception in Barn (max. capacity is 250 for Estate)​​

    • We can accommodate for a wedding up to 250 people; tent is not included

  • 8am-11pm access on wedding day

  • Access to 13 beautiful acres of rolling hills

  • Historic Barn accessible for ceremony (250 people; or, reception of 155 people)

  • Full Access to the first floor of The Manor- the large, on-site Historic Home

    • Bridal Suite​

    • Groom's Room

  • Hanging lights between matured trees

  • Flexibility to choose your own vendors

  • Flexibility to choose your location on the property for ceremony, cocktail hour & reception

  • Tables 

    • 60" Round​

    • 6' Long

    • Cocktail Tables

  • White resin chairs

  • White and/or Black Linens

  • Set-up & tear-down of tables, chairs & linens for both the ceremony & reception

  • TWO On-Site Event Coordinators

The Estate Package
Starts at $700

  • Can be booked either the night before, night-of or both​

  • Access to The Manor and The Cottage the entire day and night of your stay

  • Sleeps 16 people and gives you full access to entire property

  • Rehearsal Dinner included 

    • ONLY if booked for the night before the wedding​

  • only one $50 cleaning fee will be added no matter how many nights you stay

  • *Check-in and Check-out times vary for the date of your wedding and the amount of nights you would be staying

The Manor Package
Starts at $450

  • Can be booked either the night before, night-of or both​

  • Access to The Manor the entire day and night of your stay

  • Sleeps 8 people in 3 bedrooms with 2.5 bathrooms

  • Rehearsal Dinner included 

    • ONLY if booked for the night before the wedding​

  • only one $50 cleaning fee will be added no matter how many nights you stay

  • *Check-in and Check-out times vary for the date of your wedding and the amount of nights you would be staying

The Cottage Package
Starts at $350

  • Can be booked either the night before, night-of or both​

  • Access to The Cottage the entire day and night of your stay

  • Sleeps 8 people in 3 bedrooms with 1.5 bathrooms

  • Rehearsal Dinner included 

    • ONLY if booked for the night before the wedding​
