We have partnered with DM Event Co to assist in the planning and coordination of your wedding. This will help your day run as smoothly as possible & keep you stress-free. 

There will be 2 on-site coordinator for your day at Scarlet Oaks Estate!

• The other amazing amenities you will receive are:

  • 1 coordinator at the Rehearsal

  • Detail meeting(s)/phone calls as needed to help with vendor recommendations, timeline creation, ceremony/reception layout & logistics

  • Timeline sent to all vendors 1-2 weeks prior to wedding and vendor confirmation

  • Being the liaison between bride & groom and vendors the week of the wedding
